Any and all medications will only be prescribed or refilled during office visits. We will not conduct phone-based prescription fulfillments, nor will we fulfill them through electronic mediums. During your next scheduled visit, you can request an appropriate amount of prescription refills to ensure your prescription medicine requirements until your next scheduled visit.
If you do happen to run out of medicine it will most likely mean one of three things:
- You are past due for your return appointment.
- You are taking your medication incorrectly.
- Your condition has changed.
Any and all of these would indicate a need for an office visit and re-evaluation. This is why we have enacted the policy to only refill or prescribe medication at the time of your visit. We believe this policy is more respectful of our joint venture together...keeping you healthy and well.
