When the two young doctors met, Dr. John Harsch and Dr. William Osborne soon discovered they had more in common than just a desire to start their own medical practice. They also shared a desire to revolutionize just how medicine would be practiced.
Our family at Southeastern Primary Care Specialists truly values our patients. We also value our providers as well. In over 25 years of practice, we have employed nine doctors, eight of which are currently still practicing with us. Half of these highly-qualified providers have spent their entire private practices at SEPCS. We allow our physicians to practice in the way they deem appropriate for your care. When you have world-class physicians like we do, you have the luxury of fully trusting in your physicians decisions for patient care.
In this day, when marriages barely last 10 years, the core group of physicians at SEPCS has lasted 25 years. Our marriage to our patients, as well as the practice of medicine, has continued to grow. This continuance of care and service is invaluable for our patients. If comprehensive medical care by well-trained medical practice is vital for you or your loved ones, please call us today!
From the beginning, both Dr. Harsch and Dr. Osborne have felt a deeply permeating need to serve the communities surrounding Fayetteville, Stockbridge, and all of Metro Atlanta on a daily basis. Medical Practice in the sense of merely treating a present illness was just not going to be enough. There had to be more! Band-aid solutions would always be needed, but healing cuts from the inside would be the only way to really make substantial, lasting changes in the community.
This meant that whatever the medical problem, a solution would be offered for immediate alleviation, but a long-term plan of prevention would also be formulated and enacted. The goal was not just to throw someone a life raft and keep them in the water, but rather, to pull them to safety and teach them how to stay out of the water they were drowning in. Thus began the culture of medical practice that would one day be the standard at Southeastern Primary Care Specialists.
“Internal medicine physicians are specialists who apply scientific knowledge and clinical expertise to the diagnosis, treatment, and compassionate care of adults across the spectrum from health to complex illness. At least three of their seven or more years of medical school and postgraduate training are dedicated to learning how to prevent, diagnose, and treat diseases that affect adults.
Internists are sometimes referred to as the "doctor's doctor," because they are often called upon to act as consultants to other physicians to help solve puzzling diagnostic problems.”
